Justin brings a decade years of experience in information systems, network engineering, and business operations management.

Before joining ATS Meta Analytics, Justin served as a Management Information Analyst at B-Tech, where he sharpened his expertise in data systems and analytical operations. Earlier in his career, he served as a Product Development Manager at Generational Visionary LLC, where he helped build and scale operational frameworks from the ground up.

At ATS Meta Analytics, Justin oversees the daily operations of the business and its technical environment — ensuring that every client engagement is delivered with precision, consistency, and operational excellence.

Justin holds a Master of Science in Network Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, and an Advanced Microsoft Azure Certification from Rhode Island University.
