As the Chief Operating Officer of ATSMAS, Justine Kollie brings over two decades of extensive expertise in system management and infrastructure engineering to our leadership team. With a B.Sc. in System Management and a Master’s degree in Network & Infrastructure Engineering, Justine combines deep technical knowledge with seasoned operational strategy.
In his role as COO, Justine is responsible for the heartbeat of our organization. He oversees day-to-day operations, ensures that our service delivery consistently meets rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs), proactively manages operational risk, and continuously optimizes our internal workflows to drive efficiency and innovation. His dedication to infrastructure excellence and operational integrity is a cornerstone of the value we deliver at ATSMAS.
