Paul brings five decades of distinguished experience across government, private sector, and business leadership — making him one of the most seasoned and strategically influential voices on the ATS Meta Analytics Board of Directors.
Over the course of his remarkable career, Paul has served as Managing Director of FDA West Africa and currently serves as General Director of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in West Africa — roles that reflect a lifetime of leading complex, high-stakes organizations at the highest levels of government and institutional leadership. He is also an investor and partner at Rainbow Boutique, further demonstrating his breadth of business acumen across both public and private enterprises.
At ATS Meta Analytics, Paul provides executive oversight, strategic direction, and the kind of governance wisdom that can only be earned through decades of real-world leadership across continents and sectors.
Paul holds a Master of Science in Economics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Liberia.
